After years of teaching people now to breathe, I’ve noticed the same pattern, again and again:

BEGIN WITH BREATH: Learn to Breathe to Support Your Mental Health

Led by Esther Kalaba, a registered psychotherapist and breathwork expert (aka Lady of the Breath) this retreat is a deep dive into nervous system support, self-awareness, and therapeutic breath practices.

You’ll learn:

  • Breath basics: how to breathe in ways that calm anxiety and regulate your emotions
  • How to recognize and shift unhealthy breathing patterns & how to shift them
  • Techniques to soothe your nervous system and build long-term resilience
  • Tools you can turn to during stress, overwhelm, or burnout
  • Practices to deepen your body awareness, presence, and mental clarity
